Pacify GCC 12.1.1 -Wanalyzer-use-of-uninitialized-value

* src/xfont.c (xfont_list_pattern): Initialize a local.
Although I’m not sure this is needed, it doesn’t change
behavior (except possibly to make undefined behavior defined).
